Cross Family Residence

Ward Engineering partnered with the Cross Family in 2020 to develop the construction plans and engineering for their 2,198 SF, 3 BR, 3 BA custom ranch-style home. The home’s exterior accentuates traditional ranch-style architectural elements while the interior boasts of cutting-edge interior upgrades. The architectural design was performed by 16-year-old designer extraordinaire Kamden Kincaid, while the engineering documents were created by Engineer, Matthew Ward. The Savage Family expects to start construction on their custom home in 2021 in Drytown, CA.

Hokee Poke Restaurant

Ward Engineering began working with the owners of the Hokee Poke Restaurant in Early 2015 to bring to life their vision of an upscale, modern “Poke” restaurant in Elk Grove, Ca. Two months after beginning preliminary conceptualization, Ward Engineering completed the Tenant Improvement plans necessary for Building Department and Health Department permit approval. The Hokee Poke Restaurant held their grand opening on October 10, 2015. I hope you will find this exciting new restaurant as enjoyable to dine at as it was to design.

Mckimmy Residence

Ward Engineering began working with the McKimmy family in early 2014 after they purchased an undeveloped 10-acre property adjacent to Skunk Creek, on which they planned to build their ranch-style home. Little did the McKimmys know that obtaining the required permits in order to develop on the property, which is in a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), would be a very problematic and time-consuming process. Fortunately, with experience in both residential design and floodplain management, Matthew Ward was able to guide the McKimmy’s every step of the way. The services that Matthew provided were cost- and time-saving.

Payne Family Residence
(The Magnolia)

Ward Engineering partnered with the Payne Family in 2019 to develop project plans and engineering documents for their 2,481 SF, 3 BR, 2.5 BA custom barn-style home. The home’s exterior borrows from traditional barn-style architectural features, while offering all of the modern interior touches. The Payne Family broke ground on their home in July, 2020 in Herald, CA and expects to conclude construction within the year.

Roa Family Residence

Ward Engineering partnered with the Roa Family in 2021 to develop the construction plans and engineering for their 3,820 SF, 4 BR, 4 BA custom home. The home features a 670 SF garage and 788 SF covered porch. The engineering documents were created by Travis Pazin, EIT.

Vera Family Residence

Ward Engineering partnered with the Vera Family in 2017 to develop engineering documents for their very traditional barn-style home. The home is truly reminiscent of traditional barn-style architecture with exterior board and batten siding and exposed post and beam interior framing. The structural design and engineering documents were created by Design Engineer, Leah Classen, EIT. The Vera Family completed construction of their custom home in 2019 in Galt, CA.

Jackson Family Residence (The Cedar)

Ward Engineering began working with the Jackson Family in 2017 to develop concept plans for their 2,056 SF, 3 BR, 2 BA custom ranch-style home. Ward Engineering collaborated with local builder and designer Douglas Highfill Jr. who brought the Jackson Family’s vision to life by developing the project plans. The structural design and engineering documents were created by Design Engineer, Travis Pazin, EIT. The Jackson Family expects to start construction on their custom home in 2020 in Lockeford, CA.

Savage Family Residence

Ward Engineering partnered with the Savage Family in 2020 to develop engineering documents for their 1,939 SF, 3 BR, 3 BA custom ranch-style home. The home’s exterior accentuates traditional ranch-style architectural elements while the interior boasts of cutting-edge interior upgrades. The structural design and engineering documents were created by Design Engineer, Travis Pazin, EIT. The Savage Family expects to start construction on their custom home in 2020 in Ione, CA.
