Ward Engineering began working with the owners of the Hokee Poke Restaurant in Early 2015 to bring to life their vision of an upscale, modern "Poke" restaurant in Elk Grove, Ca. Two months after beginning preliminary conceptualization, Ward Engineering completed the Tenant Improvement plans necessary for Building Department and Health Department permit approval. The Hokee Poke Restaurant held their grand opening on October 10, 2015. I hope you will find this exciting new restaurant as enjoyable to dine at as it was to design.
